Getting a Handicap
- for under 14s, Temple operates
a Junior Handicapping system
with handicaps awarded of up to
54. Just three 9-Hole cards are
needed to gain a handicap. For
14s and over, three 18-Hole
cards are required and our team
of coaches/volunteers organise
regular opportunities to have
cards marked.
|
|
Competitions
- once you have your
handicap, you can start
playing in competitions.
Starting with 9-Hole
Stableford competitions,
as your handicap comes
down you can progress to
18-Hole junior Medal and
Stableford competitions
and once you have
reached 28 (boys) and 36
(girls), you can enter
many of the Club
competitions.

Get Togethers
are a fun way to meet up with
other Juniors. They are held in
the school holidays and give the
Juniors a chance to meet up,
play a fun competition followed
by tea and a prize-giving. An
Order of Merit award is
presented to the Junior with the
best record in the competitions
over season.
