Getting a Handicap - for under 14s, Temple operates a Junior Handicapping system with handicaps awarded of up to 54. Just three 9-Hole cards are needed to gain a handicap. For 14s and over, three 18-Hole cards are required and our team of coaches/volunteers organise regular opportunities to have cards marked.

Competitions - once you have your handicap, you can start playing in competitions. Starting with 9-Hole Stableford competitions, as your handicap comes down you can progress to 18-Hole junior Medal and Stableford competitions and once you have reached 28 (boys) and 36 (girls), you can enter many of the Club competitions.

Get Togethers are a fun way to meet up with other Juniors. They are held in the school holidays and give the Juniors a chance to meet up, play a fun competition followed by tea and a prize-giving. An Order of Merit award is presented to the Junior with the best record in the competitions over season.

Other teams in the league include Beaconsfield, Burnham Beeches, Chartridge Park, Denham, Ellesborough, Gerrards Cross, Harewood Downs, Harleyford and Stoke Park.
