For its entire length, this interesting par 4 slopes from right to left ending with a very long and tricky green. As the ground runs from the right to left, an approach shot aimed to the right of the green will normally work well.

Pro's Tip

"From the medal tee the ideal tee shot is a bold left to right fade started off down the left half of the fairway. The alternative is to aim for the right of the fairway and allow your ball to run down."

"Apart from the weather (a minor consideration despite the incessant rain which gradually increased towards the end of the round) this was a great day. The course was fantastic and the greens were in great condition despite the rain. The Secretary and all the staff were very accommodating to the point that coffee and biscuits were delivered to the changing room after the round – a welcome sight to 15 bedraggled golfers. The meal and setting was one of the best we have enjoyed and it was unanimously agreed to come again in the summer when good weather could be anticipated!”
